MELYANA SILVA LILING, Website-Based Public Complaint Information System (supervised by Askar Taliang and Erwin Gatot Amiruddin).

The problems that occured in Batu Parigi Tobadak Village IV had not had a community complaint information system. It was still done manually. Therefore, Batu Parigi Tobadak IV Village must also develop a web-based citizen complaint information system. The aim of the study was to make a complaint from the people of Batu Parigi village that can help the community, namely in providing information about community complaints, it is expected to make it easier for the community to make complaints and the village is easy to provide information. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method. The results of the study indicate that by using this system can provide information and make complaints quickly and effectively by the societ.. The results of the implementation of the system can run well based on the results of the system testing by using blackbox testing by testing all of the menus in their usage which get the results of the system's feasibility test with an average value of 84% with a suitable category for the usage..
